Who is this Medical Management Certification for?

About the Instructor

My name is Liz Stefanoni and I will be your “go to person” during the course of your training.  I have been in the medical field for right at 25 years and have worn many hats during my time.  Like many of you, I started out in one area of the medical office and have made my way to other areas during my time.  I was a CPC for many years and finally moved into management about 16 years ago.  I currently manage a gastroenterology office where I have 9 physicians, 7 NP’s and a staff of 61 employees.  I was recently asked by the Medical Management Institute if I would go through the course again and update the information with the latest data.  What a great refresher this was even for someone that has been in the business for 25 years.

My goal is that you will use the information in this course as a springboard for your career and you will use me for any questions that you have during your course.  I wish you as much success as I have had in my 25 years!

Instructor support is available throughout the training via email at [email protected].
