Billing and Coding Education

Licensed and Accredited 

MMI is licensed through the GA Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC) to operate and offer approved programs. The primary purpose for the GNPEC is to ensure each authorized college or school is educationally sound and financially stable. Specifically, the GNPEC works to1) assure prospective and enrolled students that the program of study and supporting elements of the institutions meet minimum standards,

2) assure prospective employers that institutions have been vetted for providing graduates with appropriate job skills and, 3) assure the general public, federal agencies, and other state agencies that programs meet minimum standards.

The Medical Management Institute is A+ accredited through the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This means the BBB has determined that MMI meets accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB-accredited businesses are monitored for continued compliance.

Compliment/Complaint Procedure

All of our customers and students are very important to us. So that we can resolve any problems that arise in a rapid and effective manner, the following grievance procedure has been put in place

1. If you have a concern, you may speak with any of our phone representatives at 866-892-2765.

2. If your issue cannot be resolved through these means, you may file a written complaint within 30 days of finishing your course to Jason Childress via email at [email protected]. Please allow 48 hours to respond to your complaint
